Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
If your country is not listed during the checkout process, feel free to contact us.

How much is the shipping cost?

To know how much the shipping cost will be, simply add your items to the cart, and shipping options will be displayed after entering your country and zip code. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Info.

Where will you ship my order from?

We are based in Tokyo, Japan. Your order will be shipped directly from here.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are normally shipped out within 7 days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Info.

Paypal payment page shows up in japanese and I don't know what to do!

It seems that sometimes it happens, though the payment page should show up in the language you set, according to PayPal. When it happens, you can easily switch the language by clicking the link on the upper right corner of the page.

I'd like to cancel my order. How can I do that?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet (i.e. you haven't received the shipment confirmation), notify us as soon as possible. We will refund you the total amount of your order.

However, if your order has already been sent, we cannot cancel it. You can return the products, though we are unable to refund the shipping cost, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

My order still has not arrived. What is happening?

For Standard and Economy shipments, it is possible that in some cases shipments can take 15 working days or more, up to 45 days, so we will take action on undelivered packages only after this period of time. 

If your package seems to take too long to arrive, please go to your local post office firstly and ask if the parcel is waiting for you. Occasionally some packages are being kept at a local post office, because they didn't fit in the mail box. Plus, some packages often turn up soon after recipients contact them.

If 45 days have lapsed since the package was sent and you still haven’t receive it, please contact us. We will check if the address was correctly shown on the package and request a package search. If it has been lost or stolen unfortunately, we will process an insurance claim.

For Express shipments, please go to the online tracking service to see the status. Contact us if you have any issues with tracking your parcel.

When will the out-of-stock items be available again?

We try to restock items regularly and most items will be available again. Some items may take longer but if you can let us know which out-of-stock items you are interested, we will be able to tell you when they will be restocked.

Do you do wholesale?

No, we do not provide wholesale at this time.
